Bing has revolutionized the way we search for information on the web. Recently, Bing added a new feature called conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) that allowed users to interact with the search engine. This feature has been around for a few years, but recently new personalities have been added. One of these new personalities is a “creative” option, which can be used to ask Bing to write fiction about pugs in space. Surprisingly, few people know that Bing also has a hidden personality mode that mimics celebrities.

According to Bleeping Computer, you cannot access this celebrity mode by simply choosing it on the menu. To take advantage of this mode, you must ask Bing yourself. Asking, “Can you talk like Tom Cruise?” or ”I want to chat with Taylor Swift” will prompt Bing to explain the feature. After activating the celebrity mode, you can ask questions about that person’s life, career, and hobbies. Bing will then answer in the celebrity’s unique style and tone.

Recently, Bing made public the list of celebrities one can choose to interact with, including Adele, Bill Gates, Emma Watson, Harry Styles, and Keanu Reeves. To test it out, I asked Keanu about his character in Cyberpunk 2077. The response was surprisingly positive and provided citations for the articles it used for its responses. When I asked about the content mod that was taken down for allowing players to have sex with the character, the chatbot quickly changed the subject.

In conclusion, Bing's Celebrity mode is an interesting feature that lets you interact with the search engine as if it was a celebrity. It is a useful feature that allows you to learn more about your favorite celebrity in a conversational way. And while the responses may not be totally accurate, they are always entertaining. With the ever-growing list of celebrities to choose from, you are sure always to enjoy Bing.
