Command & Conquer Rivals is a good try to revive the legendary series on mobile devices. Greg Black of Redwood Studios managed to represent the firm atmosphere of the franchise. His newly invented cell-based gameplay feels surprisingly well, although it’s not typical for the franchise. Meet the new Command & Conquer! It’s very different from the original PC game, but it doesn’t seem to be a big problem.
